Alright, well I'm doing this thing called the Ten Year Self-Improvement Challenge, (TYSIC),(if the subject title didn't already give it away). It's the brain child of comedian Mark Watson. If you don't know who he is I suggest you find out immediately. Well, you don't have to, but I think he's really funny. You can follow him on twitter

over here. Anyways, he came up with the idea of starting a ten year challenge. Basically you make a list of everything you want to accomplish in the next 10 years. They can be large things or small little things you would like to get done. And periodically you can mark things off from your list or write check-ins every week. I feel like I'm not explaining this well enough so I suggest you read his blog for clearer instructions. The goal is to start today March 4th, 2010 and have it go on till March 4th, 2020. But people can pretty much join at any time before March 2010, it's not a strict thing
I decided to do it because well I thought it sounded like a neat idea. It's kinda cool to know that all these people have goals out there that they are trying to get accomplished at the same time. Some people on twitter even made a Mark Watson fan forum and pretty soon there will be a place there where you can write down your progress. Here's the forum if you want to check out what they have so far, it only started a couple days ago:
Click Me Click Me. Other people started blogs or will use twitter to update how they are doing, and others are just commenting on Mark's blog. I will be using LJ, since I don't want to have to start a whole blog for this. Plus I visit LJ everyday.
Okay in 10 years I would have just turned 29 years old and these are the stuff I want to have accomplished by that time. (I'll probably add more later on, I haven't gave as much thought to this list as I should have)
